Meet Dr. Tena Kovačević Janko
Dr. Tena is the first Croatian physician to hold the FMF Diploma in Fetal Medicine from The Fetal Medicine Foundation—one of few such specialists worldwide.
Background:
She completed two-year fetal medicine fellowship program at the Fetal Medicine Research Institute at King's College Hospital, training under Professor Kypros Nicolaides—known as the "father of fetal medicine" and featured in Netflix's series The Surgeon's Cut.
In 2022, Dr. Tena established her clinic in Poreč, Istria, bringing specialized fetal medicine expertise to Croatia and offering patients high-quality prenatal care and guidance.
